Rachel Hightower, LMT
Rachel is a licensed massage therapist in Scottsdale, Arizona, practicing since 2017. She holds a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology with a minor in Philosophy.
Rachel earned her degree at Boise State University before pursuing massage therapy at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Her background in biology informs her understanding of anatomy and her continuing interest in how people move.
At Physically Meta, Rachel works with one client at a time. She begins with your concerns, adjusts the session to your comfort, and explains what she is working on. Sessions allow time for both focused work and your questions.
Rachel specializes in visceral manipulation, myofascial release, myotherapy, craniosacral therapy, pregnancy massage, and Biomechanical Restructuring. She also offers lymphatic massage and combines techniques according to the goals of each session. Outside the practice, Rachel lives in Peoria with her husband and two daughters.
