The Approach

What to expect from your massage.

Your session is shaped by your goals, health history, and feedback. Rachel combines soft-tissue work with guided movement, adjusting the pace and pressure as needed.

Start with what brings you in.

Before beginning, Rachel asks about discomfort, changes since your last visit, and what you would like to focus on. Previous sessions provide context; your current needs guide the work that day.

Pressure is adjusted throughout the session. Tell Rachel if something feels uncomfortable or if you would prefer a different approach.

Your feedback helps guide the session from start to finish.

How Rachel Works

A clear focus

You may come in for recurring tension, stiffness after activity, or time to relax. Agreeing on a focus helps make the best use of your appointment.

Pressure you can tolerate

Firm pressure is optional. Rachel can use lighter work, assisted stretching, and guided movement according to your preferences. There is no need to push through pain during a session.

A choice of techniques

Your appointment may include several massage techniques. Rachel can explain each approach and adjust the plan if you prefer a particular type of work.
