Biomechanical Restructuring in Scottsdale
Biomechanical Restructuring
A hands-on approach that combines soft-tissue work with guided movement. Available with Rachel Hightower, LMT, at Physically Meta in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Soft-tissue work with guided movement.
Rachel uses Biomechanical Restructuring to work with muscle tension and areas of restricted movement. She considers how different areas move together and adjusts the work to your comfort.
During the session, Rachel combines manual contact with guided movements. She adjusts the range and pace according to your feedback. This approach does not involve joint cracking or chiropractic adjustments.
